7) Google Universal Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). Google Analytics uses small text files placed on your computer (“cookies”) to help us analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.

This website uses Google Analytics exclusively with the “_anonymizeIp()” extension. This extension anonymizes the IP address by shortening it, thus excluding any direct personal link with the user.

As a result of the extension, your IP address will first be abbreviated by Google in the member states of the European Union or in the signatory states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and then abbreviated. In this case, data processing is carried out in accordance with Article 6, paragraph 1, point f) in our legitimate interest in the statistical analysis of user behavior and for optimization and marketing purposes.

Google will use this information on our behalf to analyse your use of the website, to compile reports on its activity and to provide us with other services related to the use of the website. The anonymized IP address transmitted by your browser as part of the Google Analytics service is not combined with any other data held by Google.
You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser. In this case, you may not be able to use all the functions of this website.

You can also prevent Google from collecting and processing data about your use of the website (including your IP address) that is generated by the aforementioned cookie by installing the browser plugin available under the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=fr
As an alternative to the browser plugin or for browsers on mobile devices, we invite you to click on the link below to set up an opt-out cookie that will prevent any future data collection by Google Analytics (this opt-out cookie works only for this browser and only for this domain. So if you delete your cookies in the browser, you’ll need to click this link again):

This website also uses Google Analytics to cross-analyze visitor flows independently of the user device and by means of a user ID. You can deactivate visitor flow cross-analysis from your customer account under “My data” then “Personal data”.
You can find further information on how Google Analytics processes user data in Google’s data protection declaration: https: //support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=french.

8) Tools and miscellaneous

8.1 Google Maps
On our website, we use Google Maps (API) from Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). Google Maps is a web service that displays interactive maps (of countries) for the purpose of visually displaying geographical information. Using this service will show you our location and make it easier for you to find us.
When you access sub-pages that contain the Google Maps, information about your use of our website (such as your IP address) is transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. This is irrespective of whether Google provides you with a user account with which you are logged in or whether a user account exists. If you are connected to Google, your information will be associated directly with your account. If you do not wish to be associated with your Google profile, you must log out before activating the button. Google saves your data (even for users who are not logged in) as usage profiles and evaluates them. Such evaluation takes place in particular in accordance with the provisions of Article 6 paragraph 1 point f RGPD on the basis of Google’s legitimate interests in the insertion of personalized advertising, market research and/or demand-oriented design of its website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles. To exercise this right, please contact Google.
Google LLC, based in the USA, is a member of the EU-US Data Protection Shield (Privacy Shield), which aims to ensure the protection of personal data that is transferred from a member state of the European Union to the USA.
If you do not agree to the future transfer of your data to Google in connection with the use of Google Maps, it is also possible to completely block the Google Maps web service by deactivating the JavaScript application in your browser. In this case, Google Maps and thus the display of the map on this website can no longer be used.
Google’s terms of use can be found at https://policies.google.com/terms?hl=fr.
Additional terms of use for Google Maps can be found at https://www.google.com/intl/fr-CA_US/help/terms_maps.html.

8.2 Google WebFonts
This site uses web fonts provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”) to achieve a uniform presentation of typography. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into the browser cache to display text and typography correctly.
To do this, the browser you are using must connect to Google’s servers. This enables Google to know that our website has been consulted via your IP address. The use of Google Web Fonts is in our interest in a uniform and attractive presentation of our online offerings. This is a legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6 paragraph 1 point f RGPD. If your browser does not support web fonts, a default font is used by your computer.
Google LLC, based in the USA, participates in the EU-US Data Protection Shield (Privacy Shield), which aims to ensure the protection of personal data that is transferred from a member state of the European Union to the USA.
